My room is now practically a tiny bistro, with almost everything you need in it. Appliances include an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave/oven, and a cooking panel. The only thing I'm missing is a rice cooker, which is already on its way. Now I can cook without leaving my room; how great can it get?

Made roasted pork (紅燒肉) with my friend Wendy today. It was a success. With an encouraging outcome, I believe I'll be cooking more often in the future.
